Service description
Matic Studio provides project-based animated video production. You submit a brief, script, or prompt along with any relevant brand assets. We produce and deliver a finished animated video through our autonomous production pipeline.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Matic Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account terms
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. You must provide lawful briefs and materials and must not submit content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Ownership & IP rights
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered video for your use. Matic Studio retains rights to reusable system assets, production infrastructure, and general-purpose creative presets. You grant us a limited license to use your submitted scripts, brand assets, and reference materials solely to produce your video. Showcase of client work in our portfolio or marketing requires your opt-in consent unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AI-generated content
Delivered videos are produced using AI-assisted and programmatic generation methods. While we run quality review before delivery, creative output may vary based on your brief and references. Third-party model provider terms may apply to certain generated content.
Revisions & delivery
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed at project start. Turnaround times depend on project scope and are confirmed before production begins. A revision adjusts an existing deliverable; a materially new concept or scope change may constitute a new project.
Payment terms
Pricing is project-based unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms, refund policy, and cancellation conditions are confirmed before work begins. Refunds for completed deliverables are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your project agreement.
Acceptable use
We do not produce illegal, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content. We reserve the right to decline or terminate projects that violate this policy.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in your project agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of our website or intake systems.
