AI training: We do not use your scripts, prompts, brand assets, or reference materials to train or fine-tune our AI models. Your content is used only to fulfill your specific project.

Third-party AI models & sub-processors

Certain production steps are routed through third-party AI and infrastructure providers — including large language models and video generation services. Customer content may be transmitted to these providers solely to produce your deliverable, subject to their data handling terms and our agreements with them.

Data storage & security

We store project data and deliverables using industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit. Retention periods for submitted materials and generated videos are defined by project needs and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your project data subject to applicable law.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers and sub-processors who assist in operating our studio — under confidentiality agreements — or when required by law.
